The Partnership works together to identify best practice in training delivery for self-employment using Be Your Own Boss training materials already developed under a Pilot Leonardo da Vinci Community Vocational Training project 2006-2008 for the most disadvantaged groups across Europe.

It is aimed to improve co-operation and help create innovative practices by using focus groups of trainers who will observe delivery of materials in each partner country through a minimum of 8 mobilities per partner over 2 years. Best practice will be recommended through added value to the 'train the trainer' manual and briefing papers produced for other training organisations to help improve delivery of the materials for disadvantaged groups.

Trainers will be able to improve their delivery methodology through the exchange of good practice by observation, discussions in focus groups and listening across different European countries and dissemination of findings.
