BACK TO PROJECTS
The TAOH project aims to develop a transferable model for the work inclusion of vulnerable individuals, leveraging artisan production as a pathway to employment.
The project addresses a critical social challenge: the work inclusion of vulnerable individuals (people with disabilities, mental illnesses, autism, migrants) by leveraging artisan production as a pathway to employment. Despite ongoing efforts at national and EU levels, many individuals still face barriers to accessing meaningful work opportunities.
The TAOH project is designed to bridge the gap between vulnerable individuals and the labor market by developing a transferable work inclusion model. It directly responds to the needs of both participating organizations and target groups by fostering sustainable employment pathways, social inclusion, and skill development.
The TAOH project aims to develop a transferable model for the work inclusion of vulnerable individuals. Cooperation with
transnational partners provides key advantages in expertise, scalability, and impact.
